Morning Steve,

Just wanted to to say I'd forgotten just how nice your team and salon are. I've been slumming it the last couple of months in local salons (if you can call them that) down to distance as I'm about 1 hour away and if I'm honest due to cost a little too. The problem is, as with anything, if you drop your standards, after a while you begin to think these are okay and it needs a taste of what you have been missing to realise!

After visiting on Saturday, it's confirmed that its well worth the 2 hour round trip, from the initial smiles as you walk in, the warm welcome,offer of a refreshment, the top-drawer service, cut and massage, just everything, even down to that fact I'm a little bit strange and notice all the light bulbs are on and working!

Just to let you know, I will not be cheating on you again, as I'm just cheating myself!

I have been coming to Alison for nearly a year after a 3 year hunt for a decent hairdresser and i haven't looked back, Alison is able to meet all my hairdressing needs and I always feel and look a million dollars after my visit. I had my hair cut by Danielle for the first time last week, and I wanted to pass back some feedback as I always reserve judgement on a cut until I have washed and styled my hair myself.

Having now lived with the cut for a few days, I have to say that this is probably the best haircut I have ever had. My hair is not in the best condition at the moment, but she has shaped my hair in such a way that even when I style it with my limited skills I think it looks fantastic. She has given it the kind of rounded shape that I have wanted for a long time, but no other hairdresser ever managed to achieve.

Not only is she an extremely talented young lady (which I guess you already know) but she was pleasant, friendly and very likeable, offering expert advice and guidance which I am very glad I followed. Please feel free to publish any of my comments if you so wish. Kind Regards, Bindu

I love coming here to have my hair cut as it is as relaxing as spending a day in a health spa. I usually come in after work for a haircut and always leave feeling a million dollars the scalp massage when having my hair washed is amazing and i am always pleased with the cut and style.
