I am dropping you this quick note to say how grateful I am to all your staff in Ampthill. Some weeks ago I had an eye operation and there was a problem with water getting into my eye so hair washing became very difficult. I have been a client since your salon opened so I phoned to see if I could get some help, the answer was yes. Since then, everyone has been so kind and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Unfortunately my eye problem continued for a few weeks but a quick call was all that was needed for someone to be ready when I called in, no delays and no waiting for an appointment. I would be grateful if you would personally pass on my sincere thanks to all your staff, their help was very much appreciated and at a time when it was needed most. Keith

I have been visiting Hayley at the Ampthill salon for just over a year now and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I've struggled for years to find the perfect stylist who actually does what I ask and she ticks all the boxes and then some. For the first time ever I actually look forward to getting my hair cut, because in addition to the fabulous service and fantastic haircut, it provides me with a rare opportunity to "put my feet up" and have a good old gossip and a giggle...and for a busy working mum with 3 year old twins, that is invaluable!
